2. Homemade Hot Chocolate Mix. Purchase jars at your local dollar store or Wal-Mart. Pick up hot chocolate mix, chocolate chips, and marshmallows at a warehouse retail chain such as Sam’s Club. Fill the jars three-quarters full of hot chocolate mix then add a layer of marshmallows and a layer of chocolate chips. Tie a ribbon around the top and put a homemade label on the jar.
3. Soy Candles. If you want to be environmentally friendly, give your guests soy candles that they can enjoy for hours after your wedding. Choose a winter scent that will remind your guests of your wedding.
4. Personalized muffin mix. This is a great winter wedding favor that guests can enjoy the morning after your wedding.
5. Bite-sized pecan pie tarts. You can make these yourself or buy small pecan pie tarts and wrap them in cellophane. Put a homemade label on the front with your monogram or wedding theme. Your guests will be sure to remember this wedding favor.
